These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coloring Page Daily, available at https://coloringpagedaily.com and through our mobile app, Firefly (together, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by PT Langit Cerah Teknologi ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these Terms.
We may change these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
In these Terms, "Service" means the Coloring Page Daily website and the Firefly mobile app; "you" or "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service; and "Content" means the colorings, artwork, and other materials you create using the Service.
By using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for a general audience. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.
To use certain features you may need to create an account by signing in with your email or through Apple or Google. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We are not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to keep it secure.
The Service offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features. The price and billing period are shown to you at the time of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds, where available, are handled by the app store in accordance with its policies.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our permission.
You keep the rights to the colorings and artwork you create using the Service. You are responsible for how you use the Service, and you agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service, including its coloring pages, artwork, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the Content you create, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Service is to stop using it.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. When you delete your account, it is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the change.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
