Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the Firefly app. Open the app, go to Settings, tap "Delete account", and confirm.

When you delete your account, it is deactivated immediately and you are signed out. Your account and the personal data associated with it are then permanently deleted within 30 days.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us at support@coloringpagedaily.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Deleting your account removes the personal data associated with it — including your profile, the colorings and drafts you created, your favorites, and your in-app preferences.

We may retain a limited amount of information where we are required to do so by law — for example, records relating to purchases and transactions — for the period required, after which it is deleted.
